How far in advance should I place my order?

We ask for at least 4 days notice for all catering orders. This gives us time to source fresh ingredients and prepare your meals with care. For larger events (50+ people), we recommend reaching out 1-2 weeks ahead.

What is the minimum order size?

Our catering service is designed for groups. We typically accommodate orders for 10 or more people, but feel free to reach out if you have a smaller group and we will do our best to help.

Do you deliver catering orders?

Yes! We deliver directly to your location within the St. Lawrence County area. Delivery is included for orders over a certain size. Contact us for details based on your location and order.

Can I customize the menu for my event?

Absolutely! While we have set menu packages, we are happy to work with you on customizations. Let us know your preferences, dietary needs, or theme and we will create something perfect for your group.

Do you accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions?

Yes, we take allergies seriously. We can accommodate gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and other dietary needs. Please let us know when placing your order so we can prepare safe options for everyone.

What types of events do you cater?

We cater all kinds of events including athletic team meals, corporate lunches, business meetings, school events, family gatherings, weddings, and community functions. No event is too big or small!

How do I place a catering order?

The easiest way is to email us at j.prosper@kunoco.com with your event details, approximate headcount, and any dietary requirements. We will get back to you with menu options and pricing.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. For larger events, we may require a deposit to secure your date. Payment details will be confirmed when you place your order.
